Exchange
It is not possible to exchange goods in the egobags.pl Online Store.
To exchange an item, you must return the purchased product (withdrawal from the contract) and place a new order.
Return
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the item.
For customers who purchased without registration:

Download and complete the return form available [here].

Carefully pack the item in its original condition, including all tags, receipt/proof of purchase, and the completed return form.

⚠️ Please note! The customer bears the cost of return shipping. We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery or to In-Post parcel lockers.
For customers who purchased after logging in:

Log in to your Customer Account.

Select the order number in your purchase history.

In the order details, choose “online return/complaint form.”

The generated PDF form will be sent to the customer’s email.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract, we refund only the payments for the purchased product (shipping costs are not refunded).
Refunds are processed immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the returned item reaches us.
